Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed to deliver quality resident care at a long-term care facility near Quincy, Illinois, and support essential overnight staffing. The role offers a 13-week contract with optional weekend-focused scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to residents following established care plans and facility policies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' conditions, recognize changes in health status, and report concerns to appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Document nursing assessments, medication administration, treatments, and resident progress accurately.
- Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
- Follow infection control procedures and established safety protocols.
- Respond to resident needs and emergencies during overnight hours.
- Active Missouri LPN License
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
- Previous long-term care experience required
- BLS Certification required
You hold an active Missouri LPN license. You have at least one year LPN experience. You are experienced in long-term care settings
