• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist with their needs.
• Engage with guests to solve specific needs, including guiding them to current promos, store activities, and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store and in your area to resolve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Thank guests and express appreciation for their visit to Target.
• Promote and explain Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Demonstrate how to use features and offerings within the Target App, including Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Direct guests to enroll, activate, and use these features when appropriate.
• Handle returns following store policies and procedures; collaborate with leadership as needed.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests.
• Operate in a safe manner and comply with safety policies, reporting hazards when observed.
• Support guest services such as order pick up (OPU), Drive-up (DU) and DU Returns, with compliance to applicable laws and policies.
• All other duties based on business needs.
