In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available. You will also assist members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed and answering any questions they may have

Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informing members when products are unavailable; offering alternative product options; ensuring products are selected and packaged according to company policies; ensuring items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services. Maintains safety of facility according to company policies by conducting safety sweeps, handling merchandise correctly, and reporting unsafe situations.

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assisting with purchasing decisions; processing purchases and payments; using cash registers; locating and organizing merchandise; zoning the designated areas; maintaining parking lot cleanliness; and using cart‑retrieval equipment. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
