Hourly Pay: $22–$38, aligned with your experience, certifications, education, and skill set

Are you a skilled Diesel Technician with a passion for keeping trucks road-ready and customers moving? Nextran is looking for experienced, motivated technicians to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work, value precision, and enjoy solving complex mechanical challenges, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As a Diesel Technician, you’ll maintain and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks to keep our customers on the road. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
• Performing preventative maintenance and inspections
• Completing repairs ranging from minor fixes to major overhauls
• Disassembling and reassembling components accurately and efficiently
• Documenting work with clear, detailed service notes
• Using basic computer systems for work orders and diagnostics
• Performing other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School Diploma and/or GED
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record (CDL preferred)
• 4+ years of related experience and/or training preferred
• Basic computer skills
