Pay Range: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, dependent on experience

About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated
Senior Accountant
to join our growing Finance team. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, this role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). You’ll be deeply involved in the month-end close, audit preparation, and driving process improvements, while also mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare, review, and post complex and judgmental journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Ensure the general ledger reflects all financial transactions accurately and in compliance withU.S. GAAP
. - Assist in crafting, updating, and enforcing accounting policies and procedures.
- Support accounting system enhancements and automation projects to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting.
- Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams to improve cross-functional financial processes and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting team members, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Assist with the annual financial audit, working closely with external auditors (Deloitte).
- Review system-generated financial reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required).
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge ofU.S. GAAP
;
CPA designation preferred
. - Experience with ERP systems;
MS Dynamics/D365
experience is a plus. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and personal accountability.
