We’re a boutique CPA firm dedicated to providing personalized audit, tax, and advisory services to small businesses, nonprofits, and individuals. We’re looking for a motivated part‑time, seasonal Tax Associate to join our growing practice and play a key role in client service and technical execution.

• Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts and nonprofits
• Conduct tax research and stay current on changes in tax laws
• Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients
• Communicate the results of tax returns to partners and clients

• Assist in planning and executing financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations
• Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures
• Prepare audit work papers and documentation in accordance with professional standards
• Communicate findings and recommendations to partners

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or CPA‑eligible preferred)
• 10 years of experience in public accounting preparing tax returns
• Strong understanding of tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., CCH Pro System fx, or similar)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment
