• At least 1 year of professional Accounts Payable experience
• Hands-on experience in accounting within a real estate or property management environment (commercial or residential)
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Quincy, MA

• Experience with both corporate and property-level accounting functions
• Prior involvement in AP process improvements or automation projects
• Proficiency with Yardi or Avid software
• Ability to reconcile complex vendor accounts
