Real Estate Accounts Payable Analyst

We are seeking a Real Estate Accounts Payable Analyst to join a fast-paced property management company in Quincy, MA. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, managing accounts payable functions, and maintaining accurate financial records across both commercial and residential properties. • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments
• Maintain clear and accurate accounts payable records
• Work closely with accounting and property management teams to ensure financial accuracy
• Assist with month-end closing and process improvement initiatives

• Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable experience
• Accounting background within real estate or property management
• Ability to work on-site in Quincy, MA

• Experience with Yardi or Avid software
• Familiarity with both corporate and property-level accounting functions
• Prior involvement in AP automation or process improvement projects
