The Role of the Project coordinator is to schedule all quote request surveys with partners and ensure they are completed in a timely manner with stellar customer feedback.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Work with Sales Engineers to support Granite customers.
- Working with Excel managing Install status spreadsheets.
- Manage techs and update customers for surveys
- Working with vendor relations to secure techs for inside wire jobs.
- Call vendors to confirm scheduled tickets
- Getting closeouts from partners with in a timely manner
- Attaching documents in IW tickets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Typing skills are a MUST
- Excellent communication skill (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and follow issues through to completion
- Decision making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Telecommunications/Structure Cabling and account Management experience
