- Assist the Community Business Director with accounts receivable duties, including maintaining resident data, inputting ancillary charges, generating monthly billing statements, and reviewing aging reports.
- Support accounts payable processing by coding invoices, entering data into systems, and filing vendor documents.
- Execute payroll functions such as running daily punch reports, correcting missed punches, and aiding in pay‑period end processes.
- Contribute to human‑resource tasks, including new‑hire orientation, enrollment, and plan changes, while maintaining personnel files per policy.
- Participate in month‑end close activities, gathering accruals from department heads and conducting account research.
- Provide direct phone coverage in collaboration with receptionist staff.
- Order and manage community office supplies.
- Operate company vehicle to community and social events, when required.
- Assist sales efforts by scheduling tours, answering phone inquiries, and conducting tours.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related experience/training, or equivalent combination.
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, and internet navigation.
- Completion of all Atria‑specified training programs.
- State‑required training compliance.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Capability to write straightforward correspondence.
- Skill in presenting information to customers, clients, and colleagues in one‑on‑one and small‑group settings.
- Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals).
- Common sense application for detailed written or oral instructions.
- Problem‑solving skills for situations with a few concrete variables.
- Flexibility to work various schedules and shifts.
