This role offers a base pay range of $20.00/hr to $24.00/hr

- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
- Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
- State required training guidelines.
- Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
- Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, decimals.
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but simple written or oral instructions.
- Ability to resolve problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
Performs the administrative and business office services tasks as assigned by the Community Business Director.
- Assists with accounts receivable: maintaining resident data, inputting ancillary charges, generating monthly billing statements, reviewing aging reports, and supporting collection efforts.
- Assists with accounts payable: coding invoices, data entry, copying and filing vendor files.
- Assists with payroll functions: running daily punch reports, correcting missing punches, supporting pay period end functions, filing, and training staff on time clock procedures.
- Assists with human resource functions: new hire orientation, enrollment and plan changes, maintaining controlled personnel files, tracking FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, and other assigned programs.
- Assists with month-end close: collecting month-end accruals, researching accounts with department heads.
- Assists in direct phone coverage with receptionist staff.
- Manages and orders community office supplies.
- May drive company vehicle for community destinations when required.
- Supports sales effort by scheduling tours, completing phone inquiries, and conducting tours as needed.
- May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
