ADUSA Procurement is a partner company to Ahold Delhaize USA, providing supply chain services that support the delivery of products from a supplier to the warehouse. ADUSA Procurement is part of the Ahold Delhaize USA family of brands, which also includes five leading omnichannel grocery brands - Food Lion, Giant Food, The GIANT Company, Hannaford and Stop & Shop.

• Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME.

• Thought partner and/or lead across all brands on assortment, specs, supplier selection, packaging & supply chain implications, and Financials/Margin Management.
• Understand and interpret basic Commodity Market impacts & other market influences (i.e., tariffs, pandemics, etc.) and partner with the Commodity Strategists on relevant impacts to current contracts and/or upcoming events.
• Maintain market surveillance and develop plans to maintain and/or gain competitive advantages through appropriate timing for execution and/or support of Sourcing events.
• Plan & execute RFPs.
• Provide all necessary input for the preparation of Fresh contracts (MSAs, PLMSAs, CRCs, Schedules, etc.) & be accountable for the final documentation review/approval.
• Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment.

• General knowledge of industry and suppliers.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

• 2+ years of related Sourcing, Negotiating, Category, & vendor management experience (preferred).
• Change Management experience.
• Project Management/Facilitation experience.
• Exposure to P&L management, language, etc.
• Mastery of Microsoft suite.

Salary ranges vary by region:
ME/NC/PA/SC: $75,040 - $112,560;
IL/MA/MD: $86,320 - $129,480. This role may also be eligible for an incentive bonus based on company performance.
