• Make what you want:
  Earn competitive W2 base salary and commission compensation that benefits that you control by closing pre-set appointments (typical average of $95,000 - $110,000/annually with no earning cap)

As a Pro Active Funeral Director, you have a dedicated team of over 50 agents setting appointments and helping you know as much as possible about your clients. Precoa’s field management provides you with a clear performance field guide, organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching to succeed in a unique and growing industry.

You can focus on what you do best - connecting with clients to plan their final wishes and provide peace of mind for their loved ones.

If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!

• Funeral Director License REQUIRED
• Applicable State Insurance License and Preneed License/Certification (where applicable)
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or 1-2 years of in-person sales/customer service experience, preferably in a senior market
• Strong relationship development and communication skills
• Ability to sell effectively over the phone and in-person
• Empathetic, caring, and compassionate mindset with a strong work ethic
