Our client, industry-leading in data center infrastructure, is seeking a Data Center Construction Manager to join their team. As a Data Center Construction Manager, you will be part of the construction and project management department supporting onsite operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?
  • Assist project teams in managing Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and change orders to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Maintain accurate logs for RFIs, permits, and submittals using approved project management systems.
  • Support the development and upkeep of construction schedules, including commissioning milestones.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes to facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Enforce site security protocols, coordinate with security vendors, and ensure compliance with security requirements.
What's Needed?
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction management or field coordination, preferably in mission‑critical or data center projects.
  • Familiarity with Division 01 specifications, QA/QC processes, commissioning protocols, and digital project management tools.
  • Proficiency in ACMS and web‑based project management platforms such as Procore.
  • Working knowledge of BIM coordination and digital document control systems.
  • Certifications such as OSHA 30‑hour Construction Safety or equivalent; PMP or CM certification is preferred.
