Field Supervisor (Pest Control Experience is Mandatory)

Summary: Assists assigned Service Supervisor in coordinating the activities of Service Professionals engaged in servicing customers and clients, while developing the skills and knowledge required to become a Service Supervisor. Performs pest inspections and treatments in residential and commercial environments to safeguard the health and property of homeowners and businesses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Assists in communication to assigned Service Supervisor’s Service Professionals as needed, including but not limited to training, holding team meetings, process updates, policy updates, and company news.
- Assists Service Supervisor in resolving escalated issues.
- Assists Service Supervisor in completing Quality Audits, Vehicle Inspections, and Audit Prep each quarter as needed.
- Like Service Professionals, Field Supervisors are expected to demonstrate skill in pest inspections, pest control services, written and verbal communications, work prioritization, and promoting cooperation, teamwork, and positive attitude.
- Like Service Professional, Field Supervisor performance will be based upon work completion, customer retention, quality of work, safety compliance, vehicle care, and sales.
Education & Experience: A minimum of a high school diploma is required. A proven track record and experience of working in the Pest Control industry is essential. Experience resolving pest problems in an urban setting is required. Prior management experience is preferred.
Communication
Skills:
The ability to utilize electronic forms of communication including PC, e‑mail, Microsoft Office, and pest control software is essential. The Field Supervisor is capable of reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. They also write routine reports and other correspondence. The need to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization is essential.
Physical Demands: The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. During the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: sit, stand, squat, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb and balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk and hear, enter/exit structures and crawl spaces, travel up and down stairs, climb a ladder, use required personal protective equipment, visually inspect for pests, pest harborage, and pest entries, and drive a vehicle.
