• Engineering Manager

• Experience as an Engineering Manager or similar position
• Manage and oversee the engineering department including the panel shop team
• Supervise, and guide the team through goal setting, performance monitoring, employee reviews and promotions.
• Ensure controls designs for the project are delivered on time and efficiently
• Lead and develop detailed automation data and designs and help teams prepare them for submittals
• Perform and execute take offs
• Create and prepare bill of materials for each customer and project
• Review and examine final submittals before sharing with customer
• Work directly with the client to manage and coordinate delivery dates and expectations
• Assist the engineering team with both technical and other related questions
