Position: Databricks Engineer
Duration: Contract
Location: Quincy, MA
Job Description- Senior/Lead developer with extensive experience in Databricks (Scala) development/design.
- Strong experience in either Databricks or Snowflake;
Databricks knowledge is mandatory. - Extensive experience in data engineering.
- Strong Scala programming skills for end‑to‑end data ingestion and transformation in Databricks/Snowflake.
- Experience with data warehousing (ETL concepts, SCD types).
- Deep knowledge of data lake and Delta Lake table concepts.
- Proficiency with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
- Big Data Hadoop experience is an added advantage.
- 8–10 years of experience.
- Technologies:
Scala, Snowflake, Databricks.
- 8–10 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proven track record in building end‑to‑end data pipelines using Databricks.
