The Controller’s

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls
  • Oversee treasury operations including cash management, banking relationships, and liquidity planning
  • Partner with leadership to ensure financial systems support business growth and operational efficiency
  • Lead compliance efforts across accounting and finance functions
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives
  • Mentor and collaborate with the Accounting Manager to ensure timely and accurate reporting
The Controller’s Qualifications And Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred (not required)
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
  • Previous public accounting experience highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, cash management, and financial operations
  • Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or similar industries preferred (not required)
  • Proven ability to develop and implement process improvements
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
