Who We Are Looking For
The Risk Monitoring Center of Excellence is looking for the right candidate to assist the team in performing a centralized first line defense function. The team evaluates payments and settlements that are suspended in queue due to insufficient funding or other risk flags. Risk Monitors identify and elevate transactions to the Business Lines and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to obtain details of covering funds and appropriate approvals for release to market.

What You Will Be Responsible For- Analyze and review transactions on a case‑by‑case basis, and resolve or escalate as needed.
- Ensure all transactions are actioned by market and currency deadlines.
- Ensure a full understanding and adherence to Corporate Risk Policy and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Participate in self‑testing and other related audit requirements.
- Support team initiatives, by learning and completing job related functions, thus meeting departmental goals and objectives.
- Respond promptly to client queries, and ensure a timely resolution.
- Perform functions utilizing various system applications including MCH, MTS, IBS, and Hogan.
- Meet accuracy and productivity targets as established by management.
- Perform all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines.
- Identify, elevate and/or report any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, ensure accuracy and execute against pre‑determined deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
- 1‑2 years of experience in the financial industry.

Salary Range$41,600 - $60,320 Annual (at the primary location specified; may differ elsewhere)
