What

You Will Be Responsible For
  • Responsible for day‑to‑day operations of groups by managing workflows.
  • Provides staffing recommendations by interviewing and making effective hiring decisions.
  • Responsible for performance management of employees.
  • May have two or more supervisors as direct reports.
  • May have ten or more indirect reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with other TA business units and other departments within State Street.
  • Responsible for managing client Service Level Agreements and ensuring they are met.
  • Responsible for managing internal and external KPIs and ensuring they are met.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and effectively manage change to ensure departmental objectives are met.
  • Handle and resolve complex operational issues as they arise.
  • Manage department overtime budget effectively, indirectly responsible for other department budget matters.
  • Manage other projects or tasks as assigned.

Education &

Preferred Qualifications
  • BS/BA required.
  • Must have 4–7 years of mutual‑fund operations experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Salary

Range

$70,000 – $130,000 annual. The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location, the applicable range could differ.
