Quincy Credit Union is currently seeking a personable, patient, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time teller. As a teller, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with a wide range of financial transactions.

We have over 80 years of history serving our members within Norfolk and Plymouth counties. People helping people is the cornerstone of our philosophy, and our mission is to provide our over 35,000 members with the best financial services possible. • Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting members warmly, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Educate members on various credit union products and services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, and electronic banking options.
• Maintain a neat and organized workstation, adhering to all security and compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and promote a positive work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Availability to work 1-2 Saturdays a month.
