Quincy Credit Union is currently seeking a personable, patient, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time teller. As a teller, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with a wide range of financial transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting members warmly, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Educate members on various credit union products and services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, and electronic banking options.
  • Maintain a neat and organized workstation, adhering to all security and compliance procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and promote a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
