We are seeking a Tax Reviewer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys ensuring accuracy, mentoring staff, and providing strategic insights to clients. In this role, you'll focus on reviewing tax returns, supporting staff development, and ensuring the highest quality standards in client service.

• Review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
• Ensure work prepared by staff meets firm standards and aligns with current tax laws.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to staff and junior associates.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their tax situations and provide proactive, strategic advice.
• Help manage deadlines, assignments, and project flow for efficient and timely delivery.

• Proven experience in tax return review, including corporate, partnership, and individual returns.
• Strong technical knowledge of tax law and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Desire to contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
