• Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services using various techniques and tools, including straight razors and clippers.
• Provide hair styling services that meet client expectations and current trends.
• Utilize color theory to offer clients personalized hair coloring options.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences while providing professional advice on styles and products.
• Upsell salon products and additional services to enhance the client experience.
• Mentor junior barbers or apprentices by sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their development.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in barbering, styling techniques, and salon software for efficient appointment management.

• Proven experience as a Barber with a valid barbering license or certification.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in various barbering techniques including hair threading and makeup application is a plus.
• Familiarity with salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
