Position: Speech Language Pathologist-

Are you an enthusiastic Speech‑Language Pathologist looking for a rewarding school‑based opportunity? We’re searching for a positive, student‑focused SLP to step in for a second‑semester leave and make an immediate impact!

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals.
  • Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with school and district policies.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress.
  • Stay current with best practices and continue professional development as required.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
  • Active SLP license in the state of MA (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working with school‑aged children preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery.
  • Experience in a structured, school‑based setting with built‑in school holidays.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with educators and support staff to make a direct impact on student success.
