Aspire Health Alliance offers a position for a bachelor-level Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) and Therapeutic Training and Support (TTS) worker in the Brockton In-Home Therapy program. TM/TTS is a dual role that works independently as well as with master-level clinicians to assist children and families in their home and community.

Responsibilities- 1:1 structured services: mentoring sessions supporting a youth’s behavioral health treatment plan goal developed by a hub service, coaching the youth in age-appropriate behaviors, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Team services under clinical supervision: implementing a treatment plan, assisting the youth and family in gathering resources, participating in the treatment team to execute therapeutic objectives addressing mental health, behavioral, and emotional needs; teaching the youth to understand, manage, and express feelings in collaboration with the family.
- Complete all clinical documentation and service plans online using the AVATAR Electronic Health Record System.
- Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 11:00 am – 7:00 pm. Office is based out of Braintree.
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and one year of experience working with children/adolescents/transition-age youth (required).
- Must be a minimum of 21 years old.
- CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Good communication skills (written and oral).
- Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred.
- Valid MA driver’s license, safe driving record, and access to a personal vehicle for client transportation.
