Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000

Total Compensation: $95,000-$120,000 (commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)

• Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands‑on therapy and meaningful patient education
• Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care

• Active (or in‑progress) state PT license
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills
