Outpatient Physical Therapist — Quincy, MANew-Grad Friendly | Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000
Total Compensation: $95,000-$120,000 (commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)

- Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands‑on therapy and meaningful patient education
- Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care
- Active (or in‑progress) state PT license
- Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills
