Demma Aesthetics in Boston is just the beginning-we're building something big. And we're looking for a passionate, skilled, and compliance-minded Lead Nurse Practitioner to help us set the tone for all future locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert aesthetic treatments, including injectables, PDO Thread Lifts, and facial rejuvenation
  • Lead by example in ensuring patient safety, informed consent, and compliance with all state and medical board regulations
  • Oversee treatment protocols and contribute to continuous clinical education and training
  • Collaborate with founders to shape clinical standards and prepare for expansion
  • Be a visible, positive presence in our open-treatment space-uplifting clients and team members alike

Qualifications & Skills:

ONLY EXPERIENCED NP IN THE AESTHETIC FIELD WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Active ARNP license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic injectables, and skincare treatments.

Formal training & certification in cosmetic injectables and dermal fillers (preferred).

Strong knowledge of safety protocols, HIPAA, and medical compliance.

Proven ability to achieve client retention goals through exceptional customer service and outstanding treatment results.

Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele .

Self-driven, motivated, and passionate about aesthetics and continued learning .

Leadership experience or willingness to step into a supervisory role
