• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proof of completion of a 40‑hour behavioral training course or at least 6 months of ABA experience
• Minimum 6 months of BT experience
• Experience providing services to students with significant/profound autism

Pay: $24.00 – $32.00 per hour (plus $250 sign‑on bonus)

Job Duties:

• Deliver direct ABA treatment services to children diagnosed with autism in homes, schools, and community settings
• Work under the guidance of a program supervisor to teach communication, play, socialization, and independence
• Assist Registered Behavior Technicians with challenging behavior interventions
• Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to treatment goals

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability 7:45 am – 4:00 pm, Monday–Friday
• Childcare experience required

Pay: $24.00 – $32.00 per hour (plus $250 sign‑on bonus)

Job Duties:

• Deliver direct ABA treatment services to children diagnosed with autism in homes, schools, and community settings

• Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to treatment goals
• Maintain a 6‑month commitment to consistent attendance and timely communication

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Part‑time schedule starting at 3:00 pm (flexibility for students)
• Commuting up to 20–30 minutes
• Childcare experience required
• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (may include sign‑on bonus)
