Aesthetics - Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner

Exceptional private practice in the South Boston area is seeking a passionate, patient-focused Aesthetic Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to lead and grow their non-surgical cosmetic and aesthetic service line.

This is a wonderful opportunity with tremendous room for growth, and the practice is also very flexible regarding schedule, hours, and compensation structure. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in non-surgical aesthetics and ties to the greater Boston area.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-time permanent position - Non-surgical Aesthetics
• Flexible schedule - 3, 4, or 5 days per week
• No overnight or weekend call responsibilities
• 100% outpatient (no surgical first-assisting)
• Provide high-quality non-surgical aesthetic consultations and procedures tailored to patient goals
• Enjoy flexibility and autonomy, with tremendous room for growth
• Help expand the non-surgical service line through patient care, excellent retention, and identifying appropriate aesthetic treatment opportunities
• Build lasting relationships and trust with patients through thorough consultations, honest treatment planning, and top-tier clinical care
• Partner with current physicians and APPs to advance the overall practice

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain)
• 1+ years of clinical experience in non-surgical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery
• Experience in non-surgical cosmetic treatments and procedures (injectables, laser therapy, skin rejuvenation)
• Strong interpersonal skills and clinical judgment
