We’re hiring a front desk associate at Dillon’s Health Spa in Quincy. You’ll be the first face guests see and the person who keeps the place looking sharp. This is a great opportunity if you like people, take pride in a clean space, and want competitive pay plus tips.

• Greet guests, check them in, and answer questions about services, hours, and memberships
• Handle payments and basic front-desk tasks
• Keep the lobby, front desk, and common areas clean and presentable throughout the shift
• Restock supplies and help maintain the overall look and feel of the spa
• Support the team so guests have a smooth, welcoming visit

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner
• Comfortable cleaning and keeping the space looking clean (this is part of the job, not an occasional extra)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to stay calm when it’s busy
• Clear communication in person and on the phone
• Prior front desk, hospitality, gym, or spa experience is a plus, but not required if you have the right attitude Pay & perks
