ETL Test Lead

Job Summary

Infosys is seeking an ETL Test Lead to act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also design an optimal test environment to simulate real‑time scenarios, collaborate with top talent, and help create innovative, high‑quality, defect‑free solutions to meet clients’ business needs.

$71,013.00/yr – $/yr

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4+ years of Information Technology experience.
• U.S. work authorization without employer‑based visa sponsorship (Infosys does not provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time).
• Work location:
  
  Quincy, MA (may require travel).
• Experience in Agile project model.

• 4+ years of experience in test strategy and test design.
• 4+ years in ETL, Big Data, and BI Reports testing.
• Strong analytical skills and SQL query writing/analysis.
• Databricks experience along with AWS or Azure cloud.
• 4+ years in Python, proficiency in Python automation framework development and maintenance.
• API testing (REST/SOAP) and integration with CI/CD pipelines for continuous validations.
• Performance, stress, and endurance testing, performance bottleneck identification and tuning.
• Test execution, analysis & reporting experience.
• Strong expertise in SQL and data transformation validation.
• Design and develop simple scripts using specialized testing tools.
• Create test cases for complex modules based on defined test strategy.
• Execute test cases for key modules with knowledge of functional and non‑functional testing processes.
• Prepare test analysis reports and implement defect prevention activities.
• Experience with Agile and Dev Ops methodology.
• Strong coordination, communication and reporting skills.
