Program Overview

Department/Position Description

The Consumer Decision & Sciences (C&DS) department is a data‑driven team with a wide range of technical skills and responsibilities. Some teams focus on analyzing data trends and providing insights through commentary/recommendations. Others build and maintain the data products that support these analyses. This structure promotes collaboration, where insights and infrastructure work hand‑in‑hand. The department emphasizes both data interpretation and data creation to drive informed decision‑making.

This Data Analytics Co‑op role will work collaboratively with digital product managers, fulfillment data visualization analysts, data scientists, IT, technical teams, and fulfillment teams to develop analytical solutions that enable reporting end users to understand and improve fulfillment performance. The role will develop a deep understanding of fulfillment business processes, consult on data pipelines, and develop data models and dashboards to support fulfillment and brand operations teams.

Qualifications

• Working toward a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Coding experience (preferred SQL and/or Python).
• Understanding of relational and non‑relational data.
• Fact and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with Power
  
  BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Previous internship or co‑op experience is a plus.
• Ability to interact with cross‑functional teams.

Salary Range

• ME/NC/PA/SC: $18.10 – $31.00 per hour
• IL/MA/MD: $20.00 – $34.20 per hour
