• Demonstrated success acting as technical expert in an enterprise‑wide IT solution.
• Hands‑on experience with project management concepts: developing project plans, risk management, scheduling, estimating, resource management, budgeting, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of various areas in IT including hardware, operating systems, SAN technology, networking concepts and security routers.
• Advanced Microsoft Office, pivot tables, charts, Visio, Access, data analytics and JIRA.
• Ability to work in a matrix, high‑pressure environment and respond quickly.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with varying levels.
• Strong analytic and communication (oral and written) skills necessary to interact with all levels of management.
• Ability to assess priorities and operate in a flexible manner to meet the dynamic needs of the team.
• Ability to prioritize, execute, and manage work.
• Individual with an energetic, can‑do approach to work.
• Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels of IT expertise.

• Applicants must have at least three (3) years of full‑time or equivalent part‑time professional or practical experience in the field of information technology security.
