The VMO Analyst is accountable for designing, producing, and analyzing vendor performance through operations and financial data and reports. The analyst communicates insights and influences decision‑making through data.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in‑person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Core office locations are Salisbury, NC;
Chicago, IL;
Quincy, MA;
Carlisle, PA;
Scarborough, ME;
Hyattsville, MD; and Mauldin, SC.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
Duties & Responsibilities- Utilizes knowledge of numerous applications, databases, statistical tools, financial information systems, and analytical principles to monitor, analyze, and communicate information in support of the business regarding vendors and operations.
- Reviews invoices, verifies payments, and collaborates with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies when necessary.
- Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of business processes related to operations and vendors.
- Facilitates communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Develops, implements, and monitors vendor performance plans when necessary.
- Performs additional job duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business and support our values.
- Bachelor's degree in a business‑related field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of related work experience in vendor management or related functions.
- Advanced proficiency in computer skills, including database systems and reporting platforms; e.g., Power BI.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and/or written communication skills.
- Initiative to identify and correct processes or problems.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks independently.
- Advanced degree or certifications.
- Experience leveraging Business Intelligence (BI) tools and analytics platforms to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480
