- Working with teams to define Story Points
- Well versed with Capital Markets or Banking Domain
- Experience writing BRDs
- Experience working with Business User communities
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Domain knowledge in Capital Markets w.r.t. Fund/Custodian operation
- Knowledge about back office / front office / Middle office
- Understanding financial terminology (Holding, Security Master, etc.)
- Knowledge about Reference Data & Static Data
- Working knowledge of SQL & Excel
- Knowledge about CRD (added advantage)
- Data ingestion (not a must to have)
