Systems Analyst Architect — Quincy, MA — 6+ months — Inperson Interview — 1099 only
Responsibilities- Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs.
- Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex business problems considering system limitations and capacity.

- Job Description Disaster Recovery Analyst working in the Disaster Recovery Service Delivery Team.
- Experience with Access Services for SharePoint 2010 (Access database published to SharePoint) and associated Web compatible functions such as web forms and web reports.
- Provide support for creating the annual DR Test Schedule. Manage and maintain DR scheduling tool consisting of an Access database published to SharePoint.
- Develop web compatible Access reports, enhance Access web compatible database tables and web compatible forms, provide bug fixes and enhancements to the reports, work with internal SSC tool teams to automate data updates and table loads.
- Create maintenance and support documentation for the SharePoint/Access Web database DR exercise scheduling tool.
- Document processes used to create management risk dashboard reports.
- Assist in managing the global DR schedule through recommendations on dependency testing, processing test requests, and ensuring scheduling guidelines are followed.
- Manage DR Test Support's general mailbox by responding to scheduling requests, issues, and questions that arise.
- Assist in responding to any inquiries from the Business regarding application and technology recovery. Working from exercise requests received in the general mailbox as well as with our application inventory, ensure the DR exercise schedule accommodates SSC's exercising goals and guidelines to test priority applications within a defined frequency.
- Meet weekly with the vendor DR team to discuss planning statuses for upcoming DR exercises and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Work with the vendor to ensure post-exercise documents and deliverables are received within agreed upon and contracted timelines.
- Ensure documents and deliverables are stored in the appropriate repositories.
- Design and generate reports highlighting deliverable status and aging.
- Knowledge of application and technology recovery 3-8 years technical experience preferably in financial services Strong Project Management skills Experience working with a vendor partner preferred
- Education and Certification Requirements:
College Degree - BS technical discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
