Interface Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Interface Analyst to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of system interfaces between enterprise applications. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless data exchange, troubleshooting interface issues, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders, and supporting integration initiatives across multiple platforms.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain application interfaces and data integrations.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to identify interface and data exchange needs.
• Monitor interface performance and proactively resolve data transmission issues.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and coordinate corrective actions with technical teams.
• Perform interface testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
• Create and maintain interface specifications, technical documentation, and support materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new integrations and system enhancements.
• Support system upgrades, deployments, and interface migration activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and organizational standards.
• Provide ongoing operational support and participate in issue resolution and root cause analysis.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience supporting system integrations and interface development.
• Knowledge of data exchange standards, APIs, web services, and file transfer methodologies.
• Experience with interface engines and integration platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and business requirements.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with in healthcare, public sector, or large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, XML, JSON, or other structured data formats.
• Experience supporting EHR, ERP, or enterprise business applications.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and software development lifecycle practices.
• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms.
