We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring outstanding service and client satisfaction. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement after an initial onboarding period. Familiarity with Applied Epic is strongly preferred.

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of personal lines clients, addressing inquiries and providing personalized solutions.
• Manage daily account servicing tasks, including policy renewals, endorsements, changes, and cancellations with precision and efficiency.
• Assist clients with the claims process, providing support and guidance to ensure smooth resolutions.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling insurance products.
• Collaborate with carriers to negotiate terms and secure appropriate coverage for clients.
• Ensure accurate documentation and updates in the agency management system, with a preference for Applied Epic.
• Provide proactive communication and regular policy reviews to ensure clients’ needs are consistently met.
• Stay informed on industry trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory changes to offer clients the best advice.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
