What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Dispatch techs to service and install jobs with precision.
  • Monitor schedules, job progress, and technician location to maximize efficiency.
  • Manage technician time‑sheets and ensure all hours are tracked accurately for payroll and job costing.
  • Coordinate with customers to confirm appointments and provide status updates.
  • Collaborate closely with service and install managers to ensure smooth daily workflows.
  • Support the team wherever needed—you’re the go‑to person for making the day flow.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong multitasking skills—you can juggle schedules, calls, and updates like a pro.
  • Excellent communicator with a confident phone presence.
  • Detail‑oriented with a knack for organization and accountability.
  • Previous experience dispatching or in a service industry is a big plus.
  • Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and digital timekeeping tools.
