Our client, a leading organization in the technology and construction sector, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager to join their team. As a Construction Integration Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting construction and telecom integration efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
What's the Job?- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction and production teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
- Review operations and collaborate with technical and administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.
- Develop and maintain production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing data to detect and resolve problems.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and resolve personnel issues, ensuring a high-performing team environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; an associate's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction or telecom project management.
- Experience with fiber optic network installation, design interpretation, and multi-discipline project coordination.
- Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
