Job Description & How to Apply Below

Marketing Quincy, MA or Remote (U.S.) Full-time

Credenza is the clinical workforce marketplace where healthcare employers find screened, work-ready nurses, and clinicians find every opportunity they need in one place. Employers post jobs, source candidates, and use AI-matching to fill roles faster; clinicians consolidate licenses, certifications, and credentials into a single profile that travels with them across every opportunity. Launched in 2026, Credenza’s ambition is to simplify the clinical talent sourcing & hiring process.

Credenza is built and backed by Intely Care, a healthcare workforce technology company that, following its December 2025 acquisition of Care Rev, now operates one of the most comprehensive clinical labor sourcing and workforce platforms in the market. Born out of Intely Care and Care Rev talent sourcing and onboarding needs, Credenza is built for sourcing and onboarding professionals — with the reach of an established operator and the speed and focus of a startup — and gives you the chance to shape a category-defining product from an early, high-visibility seat.

Position

summary

As Credenza’s Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the go-to-market engine for the product: buyer segmentation, messaging, collateral, and funnel performance. You’ll work closely with the Credenza Product Manager to turn roadmap into positioning, with Sales to arm the team with assets that convert, and with web, SEO, and communications to keep Credenza’s voice consistent everywhere a healthcare employer encounters the brand.

The ideal candidate has shipped SaaS product marketing before, thinks in segments and funnels, and can turn technical capability into a message that closes. Experience with marketing to healthcare audiences is helpful but not required.

  • Define and prioritize Credenza’s buyer segments (e.g., hospitals & health systems, skilled nursing facilities, home care, staffing) and build personas and ideal customer profiles for each.
  • Develop positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that differentiate Credenza in the healthcare workforce technology market.
  • Translate product capabilities into segment-specific value language and business outcomes.
  • Own message consistency across every customer-facing channel and asset.
  • Engage with key opinion leaders and thought leadership to position Credenza as a differentiated offering.
  • Create and own core collateral: one-pagers, sales decks, case studies, FAQs, feature announcements, and demo scripts.
  • Partner with web, SEO, and communications to keep site copy, landing pages, and launch/press materials aligned to current messaging.
  • Manage the content calendar supporting product launches and campaigns.
Outreach & funnel management
  • Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns across email, web, and paid/organic channels.
  • Own funnel performance from awareness through conversion; identify and fix drop-off in partnership with growth and marketing ops.
  • Analyze campaign and funnel data to prioritize where to invest content and outreach effort next.
  • Partner directly with the Credenza Product Manager on roadmap input, feature launches, and translating capabilities into customer-ready narrative.
  • Equip Sales with battle cards, objection handling guides, competitive comparisons, and pre-launch training.
  • Close the loop with Sales and Customer Success on what’s landing in market and what needs to change.
  • Track competitor messaging and healthcare workforce technology trends.
  • Feed competitive and customer insight back into positioning and product roadmap conversations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years in Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Product Management, or B2B SaaS…
