We are seeking a compassionate, experienced RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. If you are a motivated nurse leader with strong clinical and leadership skills, we want to hear from you!

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing unit.
• Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies.
• Coordinate and communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Conduct assessments, care planning, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Provide staff education and mentorship to promote professional growth.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory standards.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster a positive team environment.
