Regal Care Quincy is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. Our skilled nursing team plays a key role in ensuring that each resident receives the best possible care. We are currently seeking a reliable and caring Overnight Nurse to join our team and provide outstanding nursing care during overnight hours.

As an Overnight Nurse at Regal Care Quincy, you will be responsible for ensuring the well‑being and health of our residents throughout the night. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work independently during overnight shifts.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess residents’ health, including vital signs and any changes in condition.
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Document nursing assessments, treatments, and interventions accurately in resident charts.
• Communicate effectively with family members and the next shift’s nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living as needed.
• Collaborate with the medical team to address residents' needs and concerns.

• Current and valid RN or LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• Previous nursing experience, particularly in long‑term care or skilled nursing, preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight hours.
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing excellent care.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively.
