Are you an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing, who may be interested in joining our dynamic team at Alliance Health at Marina Bay? This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced, well-run building known for its outstanding team culture and long-standing leadership.
You’ll be working alongside a dedicated Director of Nursing with over 20 Years of Nursing Home experience, and department heads who have been part of this facility for many years and are committed to supporting your success.
As ADON, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and helping to maintain the high standard of care our residents deserve. You'll also help coordinate nursing services with other departments to ensure seamless, consistent care across the board.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations
- Support nursing staff and ensure all policies and procedures are followed
- Help coordinate resident care across departments
- Participate in staff development, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance efforts
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- CPR certification
- At least 3 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably as an ADON in long-term care or sub-acute settings
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Wound care certification preferred
