Family Practice RN: Patient-Centered Outpatient Care

Inter Med is seeking an ambulatory care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care management in outpatient settings, collaborating closely with physicians, advanced practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient- and family-centered care.

The RN will perform clinical tasks, manage orders in EMR, coordinate care with in-house and community resources, and ensure documentation adherence while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
