• Assist in the development and execution of category plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Provide analytical support to inform decision‑making and strategy formulation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Support cost negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and terms.
• Collaborate with vendors on product and program development initiatives.

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Generate reports and insights to support category and merchandising strategies.
• Monitor and analyze category performance metrics and KPIs.

• Work closely with the Category Merchandising & Pricing teams to support shelf presentation and assortment decisions.
• Assist in promotional planning and execution to drive sales and category growth.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new products and programs.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and vendors.
• Present clear analysis, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of category initiatives with overall business strategy.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2–4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in Category Management, Merchandising, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The salary range for this position is $86,320–$129,480 and will be commensurate with background, experience, and internal equity.
