We are looking for a go‑getter with an unyielding drive to succeed to join our Door‑to‑Door canvassing team. The role focuses on engaging potential customers, building rapport, delivering compelling pitches, and achieving sales targets in a high‑energy environment. This entry‑level position offers competitive hourly pay with uncapped bonus opportunities and a clear path to career growth.
Compensation- Base pay: $20.00 hourly + uncapped bonus
- Average canvassers earn $1,500–$3,000 per month in bonus
- Top performers exceed $4,000 monthly in bonus
- Sign‑on bonus: $1,500
- Engage potential customers by proactively knocking on doors to introduce our products, establish need, and generate leads for the sales team.
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with homeowners to foster trust and offer solutions for home improvement needs.
- Deliver compelling pitches, confidently communicating the benefits and features of DaBella’s products.
- Achieve sales targets – meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals/quotas.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share experiences, learn new techniques, and stay aligned with the team’s goals.
- Be prepared to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods.
