About the Role: We're looking for motivated Sales Representatives who are eager to learn, grow, and succeed—with full training, a 100% remote environment, and industry-best compensation.

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients using our proven, preset appointment system (No cold calling or outbound calls/messaging of any kind)
• Educate clients on their retirement outlook and recommend tailored retirement and life insurance solutions.
• Present products confidently in a 100% remote environment.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
• Get licensed (we'll support you every step of the way).

• Strong interest in sales, marketing, or finance.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
• Willingness to get licensed (we help with this!)
