  Must possess valid driver's license

• Provide professional customer service to a client‑facing site.
• Engage and respond to high foot traffic, interacting with employees and customers.
• Conduct interior patrols on foot to inspect building and grounds.
• Conduct exterior patrols in company vehicle.
• Maintain a high level of observation skills.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers, clients, and management.
• Observe, report, and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity.
• Respond to emergency situations following procedures established for the site.
